Christina Rose you had me at dark humor and hacking. Oliver's character reminds me of so many people in my life, whose life stories are almost similar. Great review

I, too, appreciate that both you and the author give the warning that this book may not be for everyone. I read the first chapter and between his warning and your review I know this book is not for me, but I really appreciate that he comes across as likeable with redeeming qualities! You can see hints of coming character development even in that first short chapter. Thanks for the review!

If the character of Oliver is sympathetic, I guess I might not be offended by his language or actions. Sounds as if this book provides a fascinating glimpse into a little-known world!

Super review Christina, so much information and detail. The book sounds very entertaining and is based on fact. Oliver sounds like a bloke that makes a lot of bad choices in his journey which will keep the reader interested.

Great review, thank you! I can appreciate that the author has the ability to laugh at himself while also being brutally honest about his life's journey. Might be a bit of a harsh read in some aspects, but life is not all sunshine and rainbows. Reality is relatable. Should prove an interesting read.
