When I saw the genre was a romance novel, I wasn't interested. But reading your review, I'm completely drawn in! I haven't read the first book, but I'm going to start there! Thanks for your review

I haven't read Behind The Door but this is definitely my kind of book.

I haven't read Behind the door, but I have picked a few themes after sampling the book and reading your review. Yhis book has piqued my interest so I will be definitely be reading it to help me understand the healing process after abuse or traumatic events. Great review

I am not attracted to books in this genre, generally. While I enjoyed the crisp review, A. Gavazzoni's Lara's Journal" is not for me.

I'm glad that you mentioned that it's important to read Behind The Door first. Nothing on the Amazon page indicated it was the sequel, and that it probably shouldn't be read as a stand alone. Thankfully, Behind The Door is also currently free on Amazon, so picked it up as well.

This book sounds just the kind of story that I would love to read. I like that the second book does not stand alone because it provides a continuity with the story. Mt favorite part is that it sounds like a murder mystery and a historical novel with the journal. I like when a novel has multiple storylines and well developed characters in order to keep the reader engrossed in the plot.

The plot of this book sounds incredibly interesting even though I haven't read the first novel and it features sexual content. You mentioned that this is not exactly a stand-alone novel so I don't think I'll be picking this up. But I'm glad you enjoyed it and great job on the review!

Although I don't really understand the full story because I don't know what the first book is about, I don't really think this is the book for me. Great review though and I'm glad you enjoyed them so much!!

Wow! Loved this read. Even though, I didn't read the first in the series, yet, I was able to pick up and fall deep into this story. From romance and erotica to suspense and mystery, this book has it all! It is a lengthy read, but you'll be looking for more at the end.

This review made this novel sounds quite inviting, but to get the most out of it one has to read the previous one. A beautiful but honest review.

I love this psychological thriller full of good suspense and mystery from the sample. One of the best I've come across. I hope book 1 is as thrilling. Great review.
