It always amazes me when people who have lived through so much takes that and express their thoughts and feelings with the world. This look on how people treat each does sound very insightful. Being a Holocaust survivor, the author must have some extremely interesting and worthwhile points of view on life. The four different social spaces seems like an interesting concept, but I'm not sure how I feel about the scientific and philosophical aspects of the book. Though this book seems to go through important topics, I'm afraid they are too heavy for me to read about. I'm glad that you enjoyed the book for its scholarliness, innovation, and its comprehensive outline though!

In the Christian Bible, it is stated in the Book of Genesis that even God himself regretted creating man. A poem by Rabindranath Tagore pointed out that man is a problem in this world.

Considering the above, is it not worthwhile for everybody, you and I, to work hard to remove the bad and notorious mark, CRUELTY, on us?

This is an innovative non-fiction book that is both scholarly and philosophical in nature. I found the book easily understandable, and liked its simplicity. The book has a free sample on Amazon Kindle and an interesting OnlineBookClub review. Congrats @fred6emil1 on the BOTD.

This book sounds so enticing especially to people who wish learn about their social space. It did not entice though. I will skip this kind of philosophy.

This book sounds fascinating. I think the author's own experience of conflict must add weight to his deliberations on the causes of conflicts around the world. Great review!
