Whilst this book sounds like a very good read, I am not into action and terrorist themed stories.

This is indeed an experience in war zone. John Bishop was a soldier that did what he had to do with the terrorist better called the enemy. Great review, I must say

I love a fast paced action thriller and Bishop's war is right up my alley. I'm glad you enjoyed it as clearly brought out in your review. This novel just went to top three on my reading list.

This book is the perfect choice for celebrating veterans day. I like that the hero is sort of an anti-hero because of his mob connections. I can imagine just like the reviewer that this would be an excellent Hollywood action film. I can imagine the different locations like the dusty roads of Afghanistan to the crowded streets of New York City. My favorite part is that the story jumps around from country to country as the Valdez family runs from those who are trying to kill them.

Thanks for the review. I really do not enjoy graphic violence in any form so this one is not for me.

When I started reading your review I kept thinking the book sounds like a movie, then you pointed it out as well! It sounds great, but not a genre I find enjoyable when reading. Thanks for the great review!

Excellent character development and an incredible opening chapter. Well-researched and educational as far as military and SEAL operations and weaponry. Would suggest!

By reading this book I learn alot in being in the forces. Being an army is a hard task whereby you deal with terrorist and when you retire from the job they (terrorists) will automatically come back for revange. I also learn that some characters are so emotional and ready to engage in a fight. The book is so educating and will add it to my bookshelf. I advice you read this book it is a nice one.
