Serial K sounds so interesting. I enjoy reading crime and suspense novels. I also love how the author created very unique characters. I can't wait to read it! Congrats on book of the day! Great Review!

Serial K by Brian Gallagher, is an action packed criminal thriller novel I would recommend for adults and cops, because of it's criminal content. Breedlove role needs a show stopper, Parker a student of computer science who would have helped the FBI, had to join Breedlove and his apprentice, the game and story just going tougher, the name Link, would need a second so the reader don't get lost out while reading through the paragraphs, nice artwork and creativity.

The review is great but a psychopath serial killer who wants to be number one in serial killers history is not for me

What deeply intrigues me about stories like this is trying to understand the reasoning behind the action, so a sociopath out to be the most famous serial killer of all time kind of sparks my interest. It's too bad that the profiling here isn't convincing and that O’Callahan didn't really serve much of a purpose, but I'm glad that Breedlove was an interesting character; he seems like he would be one. Also, it's great to hear that it was hard to put down this book - I may have to give this one try! Thank you for the great review!

Despite the negatives you mentioned, this book sounds 100,000% like my kind of read, as I love nothing more than a good serial killer book, especially if it has a neat twist to it, and the gorier and bloodier and more violent, the better! Parker sounds really interesting, but I think Link would totally get on my nerves! I think I'll be putting this one of my Amazon 'WishList', where I'm putting all the books I want, what with the holiday coming up...Thanks for the review and thorough analysis.

It's kinda interesting.but I'm not sure if I would read more this kind of stories. Psychopath and serial killer isn't not my cup of tea.

Great, thorough review! I like mystery/detective books that include a profiler character. It's an interesting part of detective work. You made a good point about the alternating perspectives of the detective and killer used as a shortcut in these types of stories. I also would rather see the case followed through from one perspective (the detective) and not already know who the killer is, his motivations, etc. Alternating perspectives is becoming a common style in books. I don't always like it, but I have gotten used to it. :)

What a creepy story. Craig has an imaginary serial killer hall of fame and emulates serial killers and travels through out U S to achieve his creepy dream. Thanks for the review.

Thanks for the review. Serial killer books are not really my thing so it's good to have a good idea of what the book is like. This one is definitely not for me!

Good review. A serial killer that wants to be the greatest killer in history and the FBI agents hunting him sounds good. I added this to my TBR list and can't wait to read it. Congrats on being BOTD.

At first, this book seems interesting thanks to its main subject: serial killers. But with all the typing errors and loosely plot like you could cut the whole part about O’Callahan and still could understand the book, I am not sure I want to read it.
