This book has a lot of potential and could with the help of a great proof reader and grammar check show lots of improvement. The main concern that I had with this book was that the author seemed to not know when to put in more description and when to keep it simple. I think there was a lot of descriptions that were given that distracted the reader from getting the main point. We did not know where he rented his car from at the airport. To many insignificant details can leave a reader bored or distracted. Overall the story line was good, but I am not sure if I would read the author in the future.

Books about serial killers (especially how to stop them) are among my favorites to read. But then again, I'm also a person who watches tons of CSI and Criminal Minds, so...there's that. Great review, enjoyed reading it. Pity about the proofreading errors in the book.

You can "get into" the story starting with the first page. You can feel the intensity of the entire action because the author used real sites of hotel/motel booking, normal names (not like in other books read by my self : Gastronium, Velva, Mortarius and other bla bla). Also, if you like this gender, you can easly imagine a movie like Dexter. I would definitely recommand this book if you want to feel something different ?

Serial k is a good crime novel of a psychopath who is interested in serial killing. The role of the FBI agent makes It an interesting story. People who are interested in crime novels would like it. I like the reviewer's critical approach towards review. Nevertheless the book would attract many readers.

This sounds like very good unusual book. I liked the fact of the main character emulating his serial killer heroes, but it sounds like the book gets caught up in the minor details of the other characters, taking away some of the writing flow. Thanks for the review

I don't think I'll enjoy this book at all. I have no desire to get into the head of a serial killer, and gratuitous sex scenes are a big turn-off.

The premise of this book looks very interesting but the genre doesn't really seem like my cup of tea. Thanks for the review.

I'm not sure I like the idea of already knowing who the killer is, as well as their thoughts and feelings. I think that would take away a bit of suspense. I'm also a little put off by the errors and the profiler who seems to know everything!

The review is well articulated and let out. I love the fact that there's detective and serial killer. Romance and crime blending of these is amazing .

I love the idea of Breedlove copying other serial killers. It sounds like a fascinating plot. However, you've pointed out two things that drive me crazy: weak or pointless characters and typos! That's enough to prevent me from trying this book. Thanks for the honest review!
