I am not into reading Children's books now, but if it is really this good, I could gift it to someone young. Thank you for the review.

What a great concept for a kids book! I am Russian and grew up with stories of Baba Yaga, but this is a way to introduce the character in a way that’s a bit more gentle for a young reader, as some of them were rather creepy!

Sounds very interesting, a book based on spirit world and fantasy. Good for youngsters to taste the world of imagination.

After reading the sample, I wouldn't have guessed it was in the young adult genre. I agree it's much better suited to older children and young teens.

I would like to visit that enchanted forest to have a little chat with these talking houses and clocks. I want their advice on how to keep my house clean without much effort. LOL. This book reminds of Disney movies! It sounds as a sweet story for kids. Thanks for the lovely review!

Lovely review. I love Russian literature, and I think this would be an interesting read. I wondered about it being listed as young adult because the cover made me think it was a children’s book.
