Honore de Balzac works

Post by Vardhan »

i would like to purchase and read all the works of Honore de Balzac. However, i am at loss about purchases to be made. Since the novels written by him are in french, i need to purchase english translations.

The purchase of english translation books is my primary issue.

I request members to provide info about the best english authors of Honore de Balzac entire work.

I hope I am not asking too much and at the right place :D

any help is appreciated...

English translations are available for free Kindle download from Amazon. If you plan on purchasing all his works this would be a significant investment.
if you don't have a Kindle could I suggest a library. I would imagine any library worth its salt would carry at least some of his works.
