I am only ten pages in but I agree the characters are well developed. I am looking forward to the plots and twists! I had no idea about the nightmares, so I am interested to find out more especially about the event that happened in Boston. Thanks for the detailed review! :D

Featuring crime, courtroom drama, a controversial religious concept, and romance, this intriguing and suspenseful story is worth reading. Interesting and well-written review. Thanks.

I love mystery novels, but I am not so sure about this one in spite of your appreciative review. I've read the free sample and I think the style tends to get boring when it comes to dialogues. I mean, they are much too predictable. Maybe the flashbacks and the future development of the plot could change my mind. Thank you for your review!

I'm really interested in reading this after seeing your review. I Love Erin Brockovich, so if it's as you suggested, similar to that then I'm surely going to love it. Although your review seems to hint that this book is a little bit darker and perhaps quite a bit more violent than Erin Brockovich: I'm not opposed to that. Thanks for the review, really interesting book by the sounds of it!

Iโ€™m not really a fan of crime novels, but this sounds like an exceptional book for enthusiasts of this genre.

I liked the comparison to Erin Brockovich. I am curious though about the controversial religious topic? Thanks for the review.

It certainly sounds suspenseful, and I'm glad to read that it's not straight horror. Thank you for the warnings about your confusion and the violence!

Thank you for your wonderful review, but I've also read the free sample and I'm not so sure what to think of this novel. Yes, I enjoy mystery books and I love Julia Roberts and her role in Erin Bronkovitch. :) It may not be enough though. Seriously speaking, I was put off by the simplicity of the dialogues and the rather rudimentary construction of the plot. The flashbacks and whatever happens next in the novel might make me change my mind. I think the author should pay much more attention to beginnings and the role of small details in the developments of the characters.

Thank you for stating so clearly who this is a good fit for. It wasn't very clear from the sample I read, but this cleared the confusion.

Iโ€™m not a fan of thrillers and having read the sample, I wasnโ€™t impressed with the writing style. Having said that, I can see how readers more interested in this genre would be drawn in by the mystery of Samanthaโ€™s nightmares, the untimely death of Mikeโ€™s wife, and the disease that took the lives of 11 people from the same complex, all within 5 years.

A crime mystery with a strong female lead is my favorite storyline. I think that I'll enjoy reading this book. I enjoyed Erin Brockovich as well. Thanks for the detailed review.

What is the controversial religious concept? From the sample I am not sure what I feel on this book. It was slightly boring so for right now I think I will pass and hope others enjoy it more.

Reading from the sample, I get the impression that this book starts from so many vantage points and seem to have a converging spot somewhere ahead, that is if the reader could follow through. The reading scheme i would employ here is not to expect anything, but just read on and take things as they come. I could not as yet put the story into a specific mold of what it should turn into, but rather, wait passively for events to arrange themselves and for the story to assume its proper place in the genre classification chart. Thanks for the informative review.
