I thought it was very interesting as the author described why some of us do better in life with high vibrational energy and do not so good with the low vibrational energy. In this book you will find ways to increase the high vibrational energy. I give this book 4 stars.

Great review. I usually pass on self help books as a lot of them are just saying the same things over and over but this one sounds intriguing. Not only is it positivity, spirituality, and love based but the fact that there is science backing it up is a huge draw for me. Thanks so much for sharing.

A self help book about vibrations surrounding us? I'm not sure I would really enjoy this book. But congratulations on BOTD.

From the sample, it appears that the author is somehow trying to marry The Law of Attraction with the chakra energy system? I'm not sure I agree with the implication that "low" vibrations are implicitly undesirable and "high" vibrations are desirable. By their very nature, the lower chakras vibrate at a slower frequency and the higher chakras at a faster frequency. I'm not sure, therefore, if the author is trying to state that the goal is to suppress the lower chakras in favor of the higher ones? If so, I would argue that a balance of the chakras is the goal and that favoring some chakras over others is not healthy. Anyway, thanks for the review.
Interested in books that help one's spirit move beyond the ordinary.

It seems to me that this book would be a great read for anyone looking to better themselves. The good energy (higher vibrations) and bad energy (low vibrations) show the reader how to effect change in their lives. I am really looking forward to reading this book.

A spiritual guide that encourages its readers to be good and kind to others and also, explores other cultures and religions. Sounds interesting.

After reading the sample I had a negative attitude towards the book but your well detailed review has made me change my mind. It seems like a book explaining what really make us fail in life and what we should do to improve on that . Thank you.

Of what little I read, the Laws of Attraction are without a doubt a necessary part of any self-help book. It was an interesting read and I look forward to finishing the rest.

I'm not usually a fan of books that try to use metaphysical processes to explain things, but it seems like the term "vibration" is used here as a metaphor rather than as a tangible entity. I appreciate that the author's claims were backed up with science, and it wasn't too complex linguistically.

I find the whole spiritual and religious aspects rather disappointing, but I imagine others will see it as helpful and a benefit. This book definitely isn’t for me, but thanks for writing a review!

As a yogi, I thought I would like this book but the sample and your review are helping me decide that I won't. Thank you for the clear summation.

'It's time to align' has been given a well written, objective review. This book is very similar to 'the Secret' in theme, subject matter and even the cover design. So tempted to buy, could success be really this attainable...

It's Time to Align
Once I took a bit of time to create my own understanding of each of the discription terms I understand the text better. Energy and chakras are items you can't see which means trying to understand what we can't see is difficult.
