I'm a huge fan of murder forensic shows and murder mystery novels intrigue. The way Shane puts the puzzle of Flynn's disappearance is intriguing. This book sounds like a good, rainy day read. I love the problem solving in stories like this one. Thanks for a great and enticing review.

Thank you for a wonderful review! I think I may like this novel mainly because of its authenticity. I am glad that the element of suspense is still preserved even if the detective already assumes who the guilty person is. I understand the book is more of a police-procedural investigation novel and I am happy with the opportunity of following the real-life steps taken by a detective in order to solve the case.
