Rollercoasters don't impress me, but I sure do love them. :) One thing that impresses me is the ability and talent of some of my favourite authors, when you read that some authtor has done ten years of research for a book and then the book is brilliant I think that is very very impressive. I cannot fathom spending ten years of my life researching and studying for a book.

Mother nature impresses me, natural wonders of the world. People don't impress me at all, there are a few people I admire......charity workers for one and people who who do various stunts and deeds to raise money for people less fortunate.

How amazingly stupid some people can act, at times. I see very smart friends of mine doing the dumbest things, usually in the pursuit of a relationship. I don't get it.
How perfectly goddamned delightful it all is, to be sure.

I have a friend like that. Im impressed how intelligent she is, she can discuss anything from nuclear physics to politics, stuff thats way over my head but as far as anything practical, she couldnt pour water out of a boot. She comes here a couple times a week to clean my house, do yardwork, etc. Last week I had to show her how to unscrew a light bulb. Shes running about a quart low. Some days two quarts.

Science, it impresses me a whole lot. What they can find out it is absolutely amazing. A teenager and a scientist discovered the reason behind the Bermuda Triangle.
