The review you gave for this book is intriguing. It sounds very action packed and thrilling. Having the author not get to in-depth with the rape and assault heIps my visualization process. I myself, read the first 12 pages and was hooked. I would like to read the first books to have a better understanding of the story line.

Sounds as if the characters are well developed in this thriller, and the sea setting must be very atmospheric. Of course, there are a lot of naval phrases in everyday use, but I guess you are referring to more obscure jargon.

The book sounds like intriguing and fast paced action-crime novel. It covers not only corruption, pirates, and battles in international waters, but also the importance of family. Broad based and sensitive coverage of serious topics makes it worth the read. Good job on the review.

an action crime novel with sea-based setting? awesome! and it became so much better with a likeable female main character who doesn’t fall into the category of a damsel in distress. i love it already! good job on the review!

The book seems to be an interesting naval adventure with a female protagonist. I think it would be an interesting read.

Action- crime thriller is a nice read especially when no deep graphic description was used. Thanks for the great review.

I like action and reading things out of my usual genres, so I think I might actually like this. I was a little hesitant because of the cover. Of course, you shouldn't judge by that, so I thank you for your review. Good to know that it tackles hard to talk about subjects. Can't wait!

This sounds interesting, a crime based fictional novel in series. I love that and I'll give this a read.

I like a book with strong characters that allow a reader to easily see bits of himself in the characters. It makes the story more relatable and engaging.

Corruption and pirates without too much nautical terminology. This sounds like a fast paced, fun read. I will be adding this to my must read list. Good review.

I really like that the heroine is a strong female character and not a damsel in distress. This sounds like a really good crime thriller with an easy to root for character. Great and thorough review!
