This sounds like a book teens would like. It would have been interesting if the author included more Australian culture in the main character.

Great review. You definitely explain the storyline well without giving away the twists. I am a fan of paranormal romances, the storyline sounds intriguing, but the bits you mentioned about the conversation being flat, has me torn whether to read it or not. I will probably put it on my TBR list.

A whirlwind romance without safety precautions for safe sex and underage drinking at a party are themes for adults that teens usually venture. I figured out this book is quite similar to the author's Temptation Trials part I & II books. Your review didn't give any spoiler but you have given what's on your mind - honest enough to tell the few setbacks in this book.

I dig into character development in books so I'm happy to know that the main character has one. I would love to read this book. I hope I can get past the flat conversations that you mentioned, though. Thank you for your very insightful review!

Although I’m not a fan of romance novels (let alone paranormal romance) nor those that have a young adult feel to them, this looks like it may be a slam-dunk for those that are aficionados of these types of combinations.

Great review, but is sounds like the author isn't sure of which age group it is aimed at.

I'm just interested in knowing where Melanie and Jason's relationship would lead to. So I hope I'm in for a treat.

Thank you for your honest, insightful review and for bringing certain concerns to light. Even though you stated there was good character development for the heroine, the fact that the conversations between the characters "fell flat" and SciFi/Fantasy isn't a genre I'm drawn to, I probably won't be reading the book.

Amazing review! It’s very helpful having someone summarize what they have read and adding a sophisticated option. It’s very helpful to add a warning about the sexual content and to warn of you get readers. The comment helps let young readers like me that this probably won’t be the book for me to read, and I love knowing someone else’s point of view and hearing their summarization of the story before reading something new. Thanks a bunch! :D :D

The story sounds interesting, but I do not enjoy flat or unrealistic conversations in fiction books. I am glad that Melanie does develop as a character. Thank you for the review .

Thank you for this concise and helpful review. I don't generally like romances in any genre but this one sounds like it has enough twists and character development to keep me reading. I like that it has an atypical ending and now I'm curious to see what that may be.

I really like the fact that this doesn't end as a cheesy, mushy, stereotypical romance. I'm curious what the twists and turns are and paranormal aspect is very intriguing. Very thorough and insightful review.
