Thanks for this thoughtful review! I'm not really one to read books with religious themes, but it looks like a thought-provoking read for those who are into that kind of thing. :)

I'm so glad that I read this review because I wasn't initially interested looking at the cover of the book. The review makes me much more curious about the book. I even spent some time looking up the author to see what he

What an interesting premise! I can certainly understand that Leah's task in informing the world of her experience with God and who He is was quite challenging. I can imagine the various reactions from others. Thanks for a great review!

Thanks for the review. I would think that while it would not push for a specific religion, it would definitely push for religion in general. The neurologist does sound like I could crush on him, like you mentioned you did. It does sound like an interesting book.

Learning how one came to know God seems like a fine one to look forward to reading. Plus the deep meaning to the entire book is something that would really change one's perspective about life. Thanks for this review.

Outstanding review! I've just completed the sample and I was swept away to two distinct worlds. One which contained Leah and her miraculous recovery and the other comprising the lecture hall of Dr. Marcus. This is a book that I really need to read as I've already experienced an 'hmmm...' moment!

This sounds like a unique and thoughtful book. I think it would be inspiring to read about this woman’s journey to find her definition of God and what that means to her. The review definitely makes the book sound like a worthwhile read.

This was a very insightful review!
I love how the Lord healed Mrs. Warner, and how she felt compelled to spread the word of the Lord.

Based on the review alone, I would love to read the whole book through!

This review coupled with the great cover puts this book on my TBR list. I am a fan of any book that poses controversial views and beliefs. Thanks for the great review.

Just from a Sampling, this story was very entertaining. The idea that God's presence at a life changing event is a common theme, but it is rarely done with any degree of sophistication. This story is definitely one of the rare stories. Well done.

I like books that make me go "Hmm"! However, I'm not sure about the religious and political themes in this book though. I like a good thriller, but I mostly read them for escape, not philosophy. I can see myself picking this up if I'm in a thinking kind of mood though, so I'll keep it in mind. Thanks for the review!

The sample was an easy read and I actually really enjoyed the classroom scenes. All the stuff about Socrates and Hume reminds me of my college days and those were some subjects I was quite interested in. I can't really tell how this story is going to evolve. It seems like one non-celebrity woman would be able to create much of stir no matter what she says or does. Maybe this book shows the power that one voice has. An interesting concept overall.
