This will be a nice piece to read, especially that the two protagonists who were divorced before, are now lovers. The side story of the agents, alongside the main track, will provide a respite from the gore that crime scenes present. The pace of the story when proceeding smoothly and expeditiously will enhance greatly the reading enjoyment. Thanks for the comprehensive review.

Thank you for the engaging review. This book is in a genre that I frequently read and this book sounds perfect for me. I like that even though this book is second in a series that it can be read as a standalone novel. I'm eager to read about Craig and his return as Serial Killer K. This sounds like a riveting suspense thriller that will keep me turning pages to the end.

This sounds quite similar to a movie I watched a few years back. Understanding the antagonists motives and the person himself does have that effect. You almost feel sorry for the guy while at the same time know full well that he is wrong for what he is doing. A real conflict of morality.

This seems like a similar plot to a book translated into a film years ago where a serial killer was investigated by a woman. Though interesting how the story will go, I will be skipping this one.

What goes on inside the mind of a killer? If it is motivated by something, the detectives must know it and go fast to the next target. Crime detection is a cat-and-mouse game where a wise player could win by being a step ahead of his opponents. For the detectives, they must decipher the clues in order to be in the crime scene before the next body bag goes into the making. Thanks for the comprehensive review.

I love crime thriller novels and the premise of this one about the vengeance of the protagonist going on a killing spree is intriguing. I really appreciate the fact that the book can be read as a standalone series.

Let’s begin from the fact that the cover of this book is so damn creepy. Anyway, a thriller written from the point of view of the serial killer is almost unique. It gives to the reader the right perspective to understand actions and motives. One can almost sympathize with the killer. No, not really.

I was fascinated with subject since profiling was revealed as previous occupation of Fox Mulder)) In my opinion it is really hard to write about logic behind actions that are unimaginable for any sane person. If this review is correct, I'm going to enjoy this book.

This is an interesting premise for a book. I think that Craig's character must have been exceptionally well-written since you were able to sympathize with him and understand the reasons for his murderous actions.

I think this book deserves the 4 out of 4 stars it was accorded. Childhood truamas have a way of ruining one's adulthood. But as the quest to avenge those who inflicted the never-dying wounds can be justified as Craig did, so also should we understand that an eye for an eye will make us all blind. This is one book worth reading.

Getting into the mind of a serial killer is always interesting. I don't want to relate to them, but then I end up rooting for them.
