I saw this book and I badly wanted to read it but it sounds so sad. I love Obie though. He sounds like such a wonderful character. Your review is great.

Thanks for the review. It's pretty simple and detailed at the same time. I get the feeling I have gone through the book myself.

Well you certainly stepped up to the plate and nailed the review of the screenplay. Once I realized the subject matter I realized it was not for me. I feel sympathy for those that have suffered abuse to the extent it messes them up emotionally and mentally but it is hard to read the details. A pity about the errors in the text, but hopefully they will be corrected.

Awesome review. Thank you for your insights.

The typos such as 'sandwitches' sound like funny howlers. At any rate, those and the glitches with continuity sound easily fixable. I like the sound of this screenplay a lot. With its surreal components, it may be a bit more David Lynch than Blues Brothers? Thanks for another interesting review.

Thank you. Sandwitches did make me laugh, though I did wonder how it got past a basic spellcheck, let alone an editor.

Salient review! enough to give an insight about the book but I didn't quite get the drift around the snake part.

Thank you. He wanted it to look like the snake had got into the van by itself. By introducing it into the van inside a bag, he made it obvious that it had been planted because there was a bag as well as a snake in the van.

Thanks for this detailed review. The story is impressive, but watching it on a big screen would be more interesting.
