How I wish time could travel backward.this novel is written with simplicity yet it is still effective, its teachings are applicable in the contemporary world

Although time-travel stories do not interest me very much, I think this book's plot promises a deluge of different emotions, drama one of them, to fans of this genre. Happy reading guys!

"Life should be lived and not [just] survived." This is, indeed, a profound message that many of us seem to miss. We are either trying to get through the next moment or get to the next moment when things will be better when we will have the marriage, the boyfriend, the house, the car, the...fill in the blank. And we forget to actually live in the moment that we are at. I am not typically a fan of time travel books, but I do like the message in this one.

I have always wondered what it would be like to go back in time with my present memories and start my life all over again. I would certainly make better decisions. Thank you for your great review.

This sounds like an interesting and meaningful story. There are things in my life I wish I could do over. Then again, those things shaped who I am, and maybe I don't want to do them over--just learn from them now and move forward. Lots to think about. Thanks for your review!
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Thanks for your review. Reading it, I couldn't help but be reminded of one of my favourite movies: The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. This sounds like a fantastic book, and I look forward to reading it someday.

True, life should be lived not survived. Time travel, amazing friends, fixing the past and living it again as we want. We would all want that, but life can't be cheated. Definitely a read I would indulge in and relate to. I like it :)

Who wouldn't want to turn back the hands of time? I know I do but then how would life be if we can just press reset things every time. Would life have any meaning to us? I am reminded of how precious each second is and how every moment counts.

Wow, what a review! I can hardly wait to read this book for myself. Who hasn't made mistakes? Who doesn't have regrets? Sounds as if this story should touch everyone who reads it.

The title of the book is intriguing. Though time travel books are not my cup of tea, I must try The Watchmaker's Doctor because it sounds interesting as per the review. Great review!

Travelling back in time is something I would love to do for all those missed opportunities. Sadly it's not possible. I will be keeping the book in my to read shelves. Thanks for the great review.

The story starts off about the protagonist that meets a patient as usual on a new day but during the conversation it turns out that the protagonist is the patient. So the protagonist listens to what the patient has to say about making a watch many years ago that can rewind time. So due to events stated in the story, the protagonist has to make a choice as to from which point in life they wished to relive their life to take a second chance at life. An interesting story and concisely written.

a great book, a great book cover and a great character name Anaya. well, time moves and if wasted it cannot be recovered. the book brings out the theme well: live a full life.# "the watchmakers doctor"
