Non-resident Earthlings eh? :wink2: I don't really harbour much interest in the sci-fi genre, but isn't this a common theme within this genre? I do understand that it is something that opens up many dimensions, and gives room for creativity, but I didn't really catch any vibes of novelty in the book. This was a nice review, though!

I think I shall enjoy this SCI-FI story, hopefully the grammatical errors will get fixed. It will be interesting to see how they adapt to their life in a totally unfamiliar world. Despite the hi-tech conveniences they will have to learn how to survive and find/grow food. Yikes, "dish-sized scavenger spiders" - I shall remember not to read this late at night.

Thanks for the great review.

The aspect of balancing between the future and the past is an interesting one. The people who went to Terra had to use natural resources to survive, and yet they could use the internet and had advanced scientific and technological abilities. The story describes what life on a new planet would be like with new relationships, roles, strange creatures, and the unknown.

This sounds interesting but definitely like another editing pass would be good. I like the idea of futuristic technology alongside hunter-gatherer lifestyle, but this sounds like it didn't balance the two as well as it could have. Thanks for your review!
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Thank you for your review. This book sounds intriguing, to be chosen to go to another planet to save the human race. Not only leaving your home but the planet. Sounds like a book that I would enjoy.

Thanks for the review. Now I'm curious to find out whether they set up their new society as a socialist community, a democracy, or a truly free society. This should be interesting.

The cover is sexy, that I have to say; whether it has something to do with the story, that I have to find out for myself, is it not? Fans of science fiction will surely enjoy this novel because the plot seems interesting. Happy reading!

This is an interesting science fiction story that is based on two siblings Amanda and Paul and their journey to save the human race. The plot was captivating and the onlinebookclub review of the book was delightfully written. The book is free on Amazon Kindle.

This sounds like a very interesting tale of discovery of a new world, and the science fiction element makes it that more true to life, especially since we are discovering so much about the solar system and the planet Mars in particular, as well as the topical issue of climate change that could lead to devastation in the future.

The theme of inter-planetary travel has always been exciting for me, having grown up with Star Wars and the various Star Trek television series.

While the errors are a shame, this story sounds like a very emotive tale of young people finding their place not only in life but in a brand new world, so I will add this to my reading list. Thank you for the great review!

In spite of the world building that's not quite up to par, this sounds like quite an intriguing book. I do love a good dystopian read, and as the world is falling apart, I think this one qualifies. I'm curious as to the group of humans that are led away to save the human race. Thanks for such a great review!

This sounds like it could be a really interesting read for fans of science fiction. A group of people in the future leaving earth to populate a new planet is definitely intriguing. Hopefully this book will get the editing it so desperately needs to make it a truly enjoyable read. Thanks so much for sharing.

It sounds a bit like some other sci-fi that has already been done. I’m not sure this one is for me, but your review was thorough and well done. I don’t think I will be reading this one.

Yes, this book is for me. As humand inhabit another planet, they have to build their society over again. And even if the story is set in the future, we see hunters and gatherers, just like in the stone age. Too bad it is so bad edited.
