I found this on Boing Boing, and thought it was very funny as well as being good advice!

Yes, it's funny but true. The part about comparing people to Hitler is my favorite.

Anyway, luckily, the people on this forum have been great. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and there haven't been any fights or flame wars that I can recall, which is unusual for an online forum.

Let's keep it going then! (I thought only I felt bad for non-sentient things that are last or seem neglected!)

Such nice people on here. I was very worried about joining a forum because I didn't want to put up with lame douche bags who want to argue every five minutes, but I'm very glad I joined this forum. Most of the people I've encountered so far have been friendly and accepting, so I'm happy. I hope it stays this way! :)

Oh ... the link was also very funny. I know a couple of trolls, and they are not fun :)

I know! I was so surprised how nice everyone here is. And the lack of indecent language is amazing! It's just proof that you don't have to spout out swears every other word just to make a point or get people to listen to you. Drives me crazy in other places.

I agree completely. This is definitely a rare place online where words actually DO matter and the lack of the use of cuss words is truly welcome! I guess more people on here choose to use their brain to lead their mouth, not the other way round. :) 8)

Im impressed with this one. So many are snobbish or a bunch of foul-mouthed kids who all they talk about is getting high and other mindless crap.
