Take an English writing class. Have English-speaking friends. Watch English TV, like the evening news. Read English books. Good luck!

I gave the book a lot of people who need to write well is Elements of Style Strunk and White.i installed and ended up hogging a lot of memory so I could avoid it. also have little support. I could not access my account for some reason. I still can not receive a response from them.

do an exercise, lets say write about your last holiday or your most cherished moment. Houses are built in stages, first the footings are dug, the plumbers do a bit, the concrete slab gets laid down, then comes the chippies (carpenters) with the frame, then the roof, electricians and plumbers and gyprock (walls) and plasterers, next tilers and plumbers and then painters.
step 1. lay down the basic skeleton for your story.
step 2. go back over it, flesh it out with sensations, sound, color, smell, taste, visual. did you walk across the ground to your car or did you hear the gravel crunching beneath your feet as you hastily made your way down the gravel driveway with a spring in your step, in anticipation of buying my new book - QUEST FOR THE ARK. Damm! you forgot your keys. Bolting back inside, you stopped, thought for a moment, fired up your computer and flicked the kettle on as you have an old computer and it takes a while to warm up. You then went to youtube and typed in "quest for the ark ad2". (lol)
step 3. put the skin on your story.
step 4. then the eyes, nails and hair.
step 5. then the clothing. (don't want your story to be naked, it might be shy)
step 6. next comes the jewelery.
step 7. kick it out the door
your writing should happen in stages.
as you practise this, you will find that each of your stages will improve in leaps and bounds.
kind regards
Sean Terrill

English grammar study materials exist online for free. Don't take a class though, you're an adult. You can learn independently on your own time. Read, watch movies, talk to English speakers.

But please make sure you choose quality newspapers .... you are probably currently writing a much higher standard of English than you would find in the tabloids.
