John Slade must have some courage to be a Texas Ranger and hunt down his wife's killers. Sometimes, a western cowboy-style book filled with action and thrill may be the one to take some time and read. Thanks for your thorough review.

You got me when you mentioned 'unpredictable storyline' but then knowing that this book is with cliffhanger ending is my turn off because it feels like playing with my heart and I hate it; unless if this book is in series. Thank you for such informative review but sadly I have to pass this one.
