What a clever acronym! She devised a tool called STORMS to help you soar. S stands for stillness, silence, and sadness, while T is for time. O stands for Openness, R for Relationships, M for mindfulness, and S for soaring above the storms.
I’ve been on an extensively long and nuanced healing journey and this is one of the main areas that I need to get stronger in. Therefore, I always welcome being reminded about it.My biggest takeaway from this book is that helping others can help us heal ourselves. As the author says, this can speed up the healing process.
Congrats to the author on BOTD!

We all face storms and most of us get beaten and lose hope by these storms because we feel helpless.
I love the concept of the Storm First Aid kit in Chapter 3.
The author has made this book rather interactive and it is certainly encouraging to go through what she has constructed, considering she has survived some pretty major storms herself.
Congratulations

The topic of the book is absolutely amazing. Choose to soar from all the problems in life. This book probably will give solutions for all our problems. It's true. It's the person who fly over all the problems and soar wins. Choose to soar you will see beautiful things in the world. Helping others will heal our problems is the most important message from this book I like.
Thanks for this review.
Congratulations.
