It is a fact that being responsible for our actions helps us get a better perspective on ourselves. But don't you think the responsibility for everything around you can be stressful at times? Taking responsibility gives us less time to relax and I feel taking a break is necessary sometimes.

It was written by a psychologist and in it, he debated on how quickly we (and doctors alike) have become quick to label things like anxiety as chronic disorders and diseases which then have to be cured by something outside of ourselves.
He begged to disagree, opining that first and foremost the desire to get or feel better must come from the inside and that is what he called the responsibility in that case.
I think it's important to understand that the journey to ending anxiety cannot be fruitful if the person involved isn't responsible for something; even if it's just the nature of thoughts that run through their minds daily.
