The reviewer is right, the poems are touching. The media rarely covers what is happening to the normal citizen in a war torn country. That they have to fulfill the mundane tasks of life while hopelessly waiting for help. Thank you for the detailed review unfortunately, war poetry is one of the few sub genres that I pass.
