Emotional health is a crucial aspect of one's life, as much as physical health. That's why it's important to read and write about it as much as possible. I hope the author will invest in some professional editing because I think that the book has a lot of potential. Thank you for the great review!
The strongest impetus a man will ever have, in an individual sense, will come from a woman he admires.

How interesting to compare the waves of the ocean with the changes we face in this life. It sounds like an intriguing read and I might find a lot I agree with in it, but I think I'll pass it for now. It's so unfortunate when a book with so much potential is weighed down by errors. Thanks for the concise review!

A book that provokes its readers to engage in self-reflection would be a plus for me.

It is easy to react before thinking when preoccupied with stress. Nice book as it seem to help in responding to issues (like stress) that are essential in our day to day life. Great review.

The book handles a very intriguing subject in an exciting manner despite the unfortunate issue of grammatical errors. I think with good editing it's an impressive book.

I like the metaphor of the waves on the water. But, yeah. With sentences like that, I'll definitely have trouble understanding any of it.

I agree. The use of waves was an apt comparison to our fluctuating circumstances and emotions. Thanks for reading and commenting!
