How interesting to compare the waves of the ocean with the changes we face in this life. It sounds like an intriguing read and I might find a lot I agree with in it, but I think I'll pass it for now. It is easy to react before thinking when preoccupied with stress. Nice book as it seem to help in responding to issues (like stress) that are essential in our day to day life. Great review.

The book handles a very intriguing subject in an exciting manner despite the unfortunate issue of grammatical errors. I think with good editing it's an impressive book.

I like the metaphor of the waves on the water. But, yeah. With sentences like that, I'll definitely have trouble understanding any of it.
