How horrible that Emilia betrays Maria in such a manner! It is fortunate that Tyler gets caught in time. But he dies in jail; does this relate to Maria's secret?

It seems the author has not corrected the errors until now. The sample was quite confusing. That's a pity.

What a shame it didn’t seem to have been proofread. These mistakes in the narrative you’ve commented would have thrown me off. I was actually interested in the plot but I’ll wait to see if it will get another edition.

While today's BOTD is not one for me, those who enjoy stories about family relationships, romance, and secrets are in for a treat. The book's high point is its realistic, well-developed characters...maybe after a good round of editing, I'll change my mind and give it a try! Thanks again!

If the sample is any indication of the book itself, I don't believe I would be able to overlook the errors either. I noticed the change of gender and found it most confusing. It made it difficult to keep up with which character was which. I think I'll be passing on this one. Thanks for your candid review.

From your review, this sounds like a book that has a lot to offer in terms of the material it covers. I especially like that it teaches kids how to be aware of SSRs. After reading the sample pages provided, I found the book hard to follow, as it seems too convoluted with back stories and inconsistencies. This is too bad, as there is potential in the main plot. Being professionally proofread would gelp this book quite a bit.

This book is very informative and a must-read for all parents. however, I do not like the author's inconsistency as regards the information for the characters. Thus making the book confusing to read. I would still love to read this book regardless. Thanks for the review.
