I think this is incredibly important, but very difficult to accomplish. I'm interested to know what the author has to say about this topic. Great review!
You’ll be happy to know that the author thinks this is incredibly important, but very difficult to accomplish. :D She advocates, among other things, patience. It’s a great book—I hope you decide to check it out. Thanks for your visit and your comment!

This book really is a gem. The author teaches well, but underneath it all, she seems like a great therapist. Thanks for your visit and your comment.

Anxious. Because of this, I have always viewed anxiety as a hindrance to success than a powerful tool. Thank you for writing this brilliant review!
I hope you check out this book. The author addresses anxiety from many angles, but I like that she emphasizes patience and observing why you react, not just how you react. Thank you for your visit and for your kind comment.

It does feel like a therapy session at times, but it’s even better because the author teaches about research and theories that you wouldn’t have time for in a session. She also shares her own experiences and what has worked for her. I hope you check out this book.

A timely book, this will come in handy in dissimilarity to the general knowledge of anxiety being served. Nice review

This sounds like an interesting read. Dealing with anxiety is complicated and takes time. I would love to read the book though to learn more about "self differentiation". Great review!

I like how anxiety can be both a positive trait that allows growth and at the same time can be a mental health issue. I would want to read it more. Nice review.
