You’ll be happy to know that the author thinks this is incredibly important, but very difficult to accomplish.Adrianna Melillo wrote: ↑18 Jul 2020, 18:18 "By becoming a well-differentiated self, you reduce your reliance on others to make you feel whole."
I think this is incredibly important, but very difficult to accomplish. I'm interested to know what the author has to say about this topic. Great review!

This book really is a gem. The author teaches well, but underneath it all, she seems like a great therapist. Thanks for your visit and your comment.TarrynMercedes wrote: ↑18 Jul 2020, 20:26 As someone who has been suffering with anxiety this book has helped me in many ways, Great Review

I hope you check out this book. The author addresses anxiety from many angles, but I like that she emphasizes patience and observing why you react, not just how you react. Thank you for your visit and for your kind comment.aaurba wrote: ↑18 Jul 2020, 20:38 Since I was young, I have always been anxious even with the smallest of things. First day of school? Anxious. Meeting my cousins? Anxious. Getting called in class? Anxious. Because of this, I have always viewed anxiety as a hindrance to success than a powerful tool. Thank you for writing this brilliant review!

It does feel like a therapy session at times, but it’s even better because the author teaches about research and theories that you wouldn’t have time for in a session. She also shares her own experiences and what has worked for her. I hope you check out this book.
Thank you for your comment!
