Non fiction books are not my cup of tea, besides I'm not so interested in business. But I've read the review and the book does seem pretty informative and substantial. It is really good that the author provides the upsides and downsides of management so people will learn a lot from the book and will probably avoid the mistakes in their future carreers. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

This book sounds like a valuable resource for both entrepreneurs and would-be entrepreneurs alike. Well written and highly informative. Thanks for sharing.

I was traveling inside the mind of a successful executive. From military to management to music business, amazing! I like how this book is giving points to ponder, especially when mistakes are made. I can say that the author is a good motivator and has enough courage and determination to be able to reach his goal — to have a business.
Reading is a journey to the world.

I like that the author cites examples from his real-life experiences as a manager to drive home his teachings on the subject. As they say, experience really is the best teacher.

Thanks for the review! My husband might be interested in Mr. Mastran's "wealth of experience" and "vital insights that every manager needs" as he does have his own business; maybe I could get it as a gift for him. Being one of those books that you can read many times and glean new information everytime, it would make a great stocking-stuffer or present under the tree, this year. I am simply a homemaker and have no interest in being a CEO or in some other managerial position. I'm sure that the book will be helpful for people who do aspire to or currently hold such positions, and I will buy it for my husband.

It sounds like this book is full of insightful information and that the author has put a lot of thought and effort into conveying their personal experiences and thoughts. I don't think that this book will be a good fit for me so I will be passing on reading it.

A useful book that has some legitimate advice for aspiring business managers. I like that the author’s personality was very evident in it.

I'm not an entrepreneur so, I think I'll pass on this one.

Having said that, from your review, it does seem like a very hands-on practical guide for would-be managers and budding/ established entrepreneurs. I find the five mistakes managers make, for example, quite insightful and very useful in any capacity of management.

Many thanks for the detailed review.

It sounds like this book would be great for those interested or employed in management positions, as well as those studying business administration.

To take us lands away,
Nor any coursers like a page
Of prancing poetry.
This traverse may the poorest take
Without oppress of toll;
How frugal is the chariot
That bears a human soul!

I like the structure of your review. You began by stating your reasons for reviewing and your expectation of what the book is about. Congratulations to Mr. Mastran!

Business management doesn't interest me, so I won't be picking this one up. It looks like it was professionally edited, though. The author organized the lessons well, too. He provided practical questions and examples that were relatable. This is a gold mine for people interested in improving their skills and knowledge in business management.
