PS. One lesson I have newly learned is that I received a lot of satisfaction in writing this book, and there's the possibility of a lot more satisfaction in the next book I write

On the other hand when we look directly at this "other self," and notice the emotional destruction it causes in our lives, and when we can call an MD (Marvelous Denial) to deal with the lies it is telling us about being inferior and unworthy, that's when we defeat it. Anytime you are feeling inferior or unworthy, you can be sure the Intruder is actively on the scene running the show for you. That's when to intervene

Yes, me too. This was a somewhat new concept to me at the time of reading this book so It took some wrapping my head around before I could understand properly. However, now that I do understand, I really think it is a concept that everyone should pay attention to.
