This is an interesting historical fiction novel highlighting a compilation of unique stories at different time periods that all have things in common. The book is temporarily discounted on Amazon Kindle and has a well-written OnlineBookClub review. Congrats on the BOTD selection.

This is quite an interesting review. I'm a fan of story collections and the aspect of planets and gods certainly intrugues me. Thanks for an amazing review.

I love historical fiction and I like that each chapter is a different story. It is also interesting that each story has a connection with Venus. I am looking forward to reading this! Thank you for your review!

I will pass on this one not just for it's lengthiness but not a fun of fictional such historical novels. That's was a great review though

Seems to me, from this review, that this book is more mysticism and mythology than history. The notion of a planet influencing fate is too out-there for me.

Stories about the planet, Venus and some goddess name venus do not sound like a story that catches my interest. However, I wish to congratulate the author on being the #BOTD!

My biggest issue with this book was the length. I felt like it could have been shorter or broken down into more than one book. I also thought it was weird that one particular chapter (chapter 11) was 346 pages. Chapter 11 was almost half of the entire book. These affected my reading experience but not enough to make me remove a star from the rating.
I get where you are coming from. But more than the length of the book the problem seems to be the uneven distribution of the length of the stories. Maybe it's al about what we expect. If the book was marketed as some short stories and one novella, the long chapter would make more sense, perhaps. The topic is quite original, though. Great review!

This sure appears to be a meaty book, and from the pages I read, the author has a finely-tuned writing style. It's not my cup of tea, but I'd like to congratulate Mr. Carcirieri on his achievement and receiving BOTD.

I think the brief biography of the author in the first paragraph of this book will help readers appreciate this book better, since it will assist in interpreting certain things based on the author's background and personality. While the thematic preoccupation of this book is amazing, I am worried that this book is lengthy.

Reading the fact that chapter 11 is 346 page long, I wonder how long the actual book is.
I like how all the stories have a singular common factor that connects them despite how each story has a different setting. Today's book seems like an enjoyable read.

Great review, thank you. I was worried about the length of this book, but as I know it is broken down into short stories I think I would enjoy reading it especially as Venus rules my astrological sign. This is now on my ever-growing to-read pile :D

I feel like I would not enjoy some stories, so I'll have to pass on this one. Great review, nonetheless.
