This kind of story such as Nico's will teach you never to give up irrespective of the challenges you are going through. Nico picked herself up and became successful later. Nice review!

I haven't read a book that has made me so emotional to the extent of crying, though, and I love the fact that Nico accepted her flaws knowing that she is imperfect. I'd love to know if she found a better relationship after her divorce, and I'm glad her skills earned her recognition in the real estate company.

"Pandora's Lockbox" by Nico Griffith is a kind of memoir. The author talks about her career in selling real estate. Through true stories, the author talks about her life as well as her career. I like that many of the stories are very humorous.

Nico is brave, ambitious and persistent in her pursuit of success. The book is informative and motivational. I appreciate the use of humour to portray sombre topics. Very nice review.

Nico seems to have had it hard, glad she found her feet back. This book will be best for agents although I might give it a try for the most part as a result of the humors introduced. Thanks for the review.

This memoir about the adventures and troubles as a real estate agent during the 1980s and 90s seems like it is an eye-opening read. I also like that real estate terms and questions are included. Great review!

Sometimes I think you have to help yourself before you can help others. However, if you can help someone you should. The BOTD is an extension of helping prospective real estate agents and how to rebuild a life. Nice review.

I already have a great deal of respect for Nico just from reading your assessment. We frequently lack the fortitude and tenacity to overcome obstacles because we are afraid to face the truth about those circumstances. I appreciate your insightful assessment. Anything worth reading is certain to make you both laugh and cry at the same time.

Courage and perseverance is how I would sum up Nico. Can't wait to read through these troubling times that built her. Congratulations on BOTD!

This sounds like an excellent memoir that many people would enjoy regardless of if they know anything about real estate or not.

I agree with the review, and it confirms my thinking that as a reader who prefers fiction, I may not enjoy it so much - to be honest, I dozed off sampling this book. I agree about the errors too, as I found an incomplete sentence in the sample.

As a lawyer, I query whether being informed of the murder by the person who committed it makes the recipient of the news an accessory - I would think that to be an accessory a person should be with knowledge of the intent to commit murder - otherwise the whole world hearing of a committed murder, say, on the BBC, would become an accessory. Admittedly though, I am not a U.S.A. attorney and I do not specialise in criminal offences, but the author may want to confirm it with one who is, or, to play safe, either mention it less assertively like she was worried about being an accessory (without knowing if it was indeed so) or replace it with something lighter, like "getting involved".

Am I the only one, who thinks the book is way too grave and hard to be considered as any type of entertainment? Don't get me wrong, I do read serious literature as well, but with current situation first with pandemic and then with war in Europe's doorstep I find myself wishing some levity at least in books. Sorry and congrats!

I'm not interested in real estate, but the main character is amazing. Just after suffering from a miscarriage, her husband decides to leave her and she happens to lose her job, yet she didn't give up. I like her zeal and perseverance. That is inspiring! Thank you for the review

Nico is the epitome of hard work and determination. She got my attention. Striving hard together with her friends and helping each other along the way is very inspiring. Thanks for the review. It's a must-read for me. #BOTD
