His story has touched me because after getting accident he did not give up although the doctors discouraged him but despite all that he had a positive attitude which is a big problem to most of us we who faces challenges and totally looses hope.
Although he lost job and divorced he has been a good lesson to many who sometimes feel they are not worthy when faced by life challenge.
He walked again and has inspired many through other books and he has awards of his good work.
I have learnt we should not give up but have faith and trust in God who was able to heal him again and now is a living example to many.
I rate the book 5 out of 5 for the work well done.
Keep it up Michael and continue inspiring many.

The reviewer praises the author's courage, endurance, and perseverance, highlighting these as the most admirable qualities showcased throughout the memoir. It's commendable that Mike's support system, including his friends and family, stood by him during his most challenging times. This emphasizes the importance of a strong support network during difficult circumstances.
The reviewer's mention of the emotional impact of the book adds depth to the review. The specific instances mentioned, such as Randy's discouragement and Mike's first upright seating, show the author's ability to evoke powerful emotions in the reader. It indicates that the memoir effectively conveys the highs and lows of the author's journey.
