a suspenseful mystery novel that centers around the relationship between a mother and her son. We all forget the importance of parents in this day and age, and this book focuses on this topic in a very heartwarming way. Thank you for the review, it's good to know that the author chose a rather simple language making it easy to follow. great job!

I must say that the book will be a great read, delving into a common act of leaving our loved ones and coming back to rekindle the weak bond.

I like the concept of this story, although I think it may be a lot for one story to work on the relationship with his mother, solve murders, and deal with a pandemic, wildfires and the aftermath of a hurricane.

So exciting that your review is for the audiobook! I love audiobooks sooo much!! Great work!

Today's BOTD is a fictional novel that follows Mac on a trip to LA to spend time with his mother who had a heart-attack a week ago. Filled with well-developed, realistic characters and relatable situations, readers of mystery, as well as books about family, are sure to enjoy this one! I've added it to my WTR list. Thank you again! :-)

Wow this seems to be like a book with a lot of mystery. I'm very curious to find out what's going on with the dead people and if his mother is okay. It seems to be a very suspenseful book. I'm geniunely curious about this book and would love to learn more. Congrats on BOTD!

Chris Alex Powell gives A Week's Worth by Thyme Lewis a great review and 5 out of 5 Stars.

Powell highlights that the book is a fictional mystery about a man "Mac" who leaves his work FEMA for one week to take care of his mother "Sadie" who recently suffered a heart attack. Their relationship has to be rekindled while Mac deals with other issues such as people being murdered in the neighbourhood. The book is an enjoyable read.

Mac setting out to reconnecting with his mum but he still has to deal her personal weight issue, the natural issue of pandemic, socioeconomic issue of homelessness and the crime occurring in his neighbourhood. It is indeed a "A week's Worth".
The book is well depicted with this review.

It's sad how Mac wasn't aware of his mother's health issues. I'm glad he took the initiative to close the gap between them and reconnect with her before it was too late. I wonder why people are turning dead around them. Congratulations on BOTD!

A suspenseful fictional mystery with compelling narrative that keeps the readers/audience engaged from start to finish. The review is interesting and insightful. What was the jaw dropping reveal in the fifty fifth chapter about? I'd like to find out. Thank you for the recommendation.

I love how the author has incorporated so many themes such as strained relationships, homelessness and the effects of the pandemic on our health care systems. It takes a master to do that and still make the work intriguing.

Seems like an interesting mystery book on Mac, a former Navy officer who is trying to reconnect with his mother after a health scare. I hope he can solve the strange deaths. Thanks for your review

I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to be with Mac’s journey as he addresses three many challenges in his life beginning with his mother’s medical condition and his different roles and relationships in his community.

For a moment, I was confused when you said "I also like the little accents he does". But it made sense when you said the book is in audiobook format.
I absolutely love that the book is character-driven. It's one of the things that largely determine my reading experience. I also love that you've maintained a perfect level of suspense in your review. So reading this review, I'm even more interested in reading the book.
Thank you for your review!
