One statement that particularly intrigued me is the assertion that nationality does not determine who is the hero or the villain. This has already set certain expectations in my mind, and I am confident that I will thoroughly enjoy the book.
However, I'm a bit hesitant to fully immerse myself in the story, as I am sensitive to depictions of animal cruelty.
