Hi, Bassey. I totally agree with you. Positive thinking can get us through all trials and tribulations. As the author implied, positive thinking makes life a lot easier. This is true. Our negative thoughts weigh us down. We should not worry about what other people think. We should act in a way that honors our values and brings joy to life. We can share that joy with those around us. This book nudges us in the right direction. Thank you for your comments.
