I mean, I thought I was a tough cookie, but Sarah's got more grit in her pinky finger than I have in my entire body. And yet, she's not just about being tough - she's got heart, she's got humour, and she's got a whole lot of humanity.
The writing's great, don't get me wrong, but it's Sarah's voice that shines through on every page. You can tell she's been through hell and back, but she's still standing, still pedalling, and still pushing boundaries.
I'm not ashamed to admit I got a little teary-eyed in places (okay, fine, I sobbed like a baby). But I also fist-pumped, cheered, and maybe even shouted a few choice phrases at the top of my lungs (sorry, neighbours!).
If you need a kick in the pants, a reminder that you're capable of more than you think, or just a good old-fashioned dose of inspiration, then 'Ride On!' is the book for you. Trust me, you won't regret it!
