Having something to help teenage girls become well-adjusted and full of confidence in themselves is a great thing. Getting the message in front of them can be a different story - I know I wouldn't have gone for a self-help book in school, and I struggle to now. However, the messages within are key but I think the delivery is hit and miss changing between reflecting on ‘you’ and ‘children’ which sounds condescending in this context.

As the book discusses much on inner growth and self worth it can benefit largely to youngsters. It can also be beneficial to seniors because it captures all the emotions that teenagers experience.
