I just read the review of *Waterworks* by Jack Winnick, and it has definitely caught my attention! The chilling premise involving polonium contamination raises important questions about national security.
I appreciate the reviewer's mention of the author's expertise in Middle Eastern affairs, which adds authenticity to the story. Winnick's blend of real-world technology with an engaging plot makes the narrative both entertaining and relevant.
I also agree with the praise for the clear writing style, which is refreshing in a genre. However, I share the concern about Lara's access to confidential information.
Overall, I'm eager to read *Waterworks* and explore its themes of espionage and terrorism through Lara and Uri's experiences. Thank you for the insightful review!

From me, I particularly appreciated alm your comment about the author's attention to detail without being boring. Affirmatively, it's true that some spy novels can be confusing or hard to follow, but the author’s writing is not vague and concise, making it feasible and easy to become fully immersed in the story.
Moreover, your minor criticism about Lara's access to confidential information is also well-taken. While it's true that it might have been more realistic to depict a more difficult or time-consuming process, it's also true that this is a minor quibble in an otherwise excellent book.
In conclusion, I think you did a great and fantastic job of reviewing 'Waterworks'. Your review is thorough, well-written, and provides a great sense of what readers can expect from the book.
