A major strength of the book is its analysis , It explores how PTSD embraced by veterans groups and therapists have been.
What sets Andersen's work apart is her willingness to question widely accepted norms in psychiatry and psychology. Her writing is sharp, uncompromising, Her thesis urges readers to reconsider how we define mental illness, resilience, and recovery.

The book "The Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Fallacy" by H. Nattanya Andersen is beneficial for those who have PTSD or who wish to support anybody who has it. It takes real power to survive near accidents and then deal with PTSD. This book questions the way the system handles psychological issues in addition to sharing an intimate tale.
