I Love James Patterson's book.I've been a fan of James Patterson all my life.I own every novel he has ever written and will continue to read and collect his books. That said : There is one book i recently read it's called,TOYS this book is a thriller i would recommend. The action, the plot and the surprise after surprise are gonna keep you up all night reading. It's definitely 5 stars. This is one of them best books james Patterson has written. It's definitely worth the read.

C.J. Sansom's Matthew Shardlake series is really good! It takes place in Tudor England and follows a hunchback lawyer as he solves mysteries, usually involves the religious opinions of the time. The books are "Dissolution," "Dark Fire," "Heartstone," "Sovereign," and "Revelation." They don't necessarily have to be read in order, but it'll probably make more sense if you do.

Jean-Christophe Grangé is an excellent thriller writers. I suggest you to read his books. La Ligne Noir is the one that affects me most. His writing is incredible and compelling, you should give him a try if you're not already reading his books.

Agree with you - that series is superb

NIGHT TRAIN EXPRESS by Ed McGinnis is an intense crime/thriller that goes from 1989 back to Vietnam. The two time periods are both written really well and the characters are all great. I recommend it a lot.

Hi Everyone,

Linwood Barclay has been my favourite Crime/Thriller author for a long long time now and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a gripping fast read. My favourite book so far is "No Time For Goodbye", certainly kept me hooked til the very last page!

Anything and everything by Tana French. If you want to look over your shoulder while you're walking outside (even in broad daylight) or re-discover your fear of the dark she's your girl. I have never read more beautiful prose! She is coming out with a new book come Fall and I couldn't be more excited.

Another good one is John Verdon. His books are great puzzles and "retired" homicide detective Gurney is everything you want in a detective. Great reading!
