Oh! I was just about to mention Zahrah, too. I loved it. It's become one of my favorites. It's like an African jungle version of Alice in Wonderland. I like it when a children's/ YA novel can be entertaining to adults, too. It's like a family movie, it has to be well done to really be enjoyed by the whole family. So yes, I don't care if it's a YA novel, I'll still read it.

I don't, but I would like to. There's something about children's books that gives me a feeling of peace and serenity.

Sometimes when I want something simple to read. I'll most of the time pick up a children's book that's been made into a movie to see how they were interpreted.

Does Harry Potter count? Because that is one of my all time favorite book series. Also I occasionally pick up my son's books like the one about Poseidon that was made into a move? I forgot the name. I don't believe in genres. I believe in good stories whoever the supposed audience is.

I don't really search for children's books, but if I happen to find something that gets my attention I read it. Children books are nice and quick to read.

I do! Even if I am not reading them to my kids...tried reading Chronicles of Narnia to them and they ended up hiding the book from me so now I am reading it on my own.

When I'm feeling overwhelmed i tend to go back to kids books. The worlds are so comforting. Sometimes the simpler stories can help and might be easier to take in when i am stressed.
The purpose of a storyteller is not to tell you how to think, but to give you questions to think upon

Yes, of course it reminds me how my grand father taught me how to read when I was young. Such cute parts of childhood days gave an amazing contribution to what happiness is.

Yup! I read How to train your dragon by cressida cowell, Afternoon of the elves and fairytales by the brothers Grimm last week. All good stories, a little grim but still good.

Yes definitely, I love children books, its amazing to read and exciting. And children should encourage to read the books at a very early age.
