Most of the topics were what I did in high school especially the ones on quantum physics, though I’ve forgotten about them. Reading Timewise helped me jog my memory. Most of it were also the advanced form of the physics.

As someone who knows physics and is used to many of the concepts discussed in the book, I can't really complain. I think it is okay for me. I know for sure that a lot of readers will find the physics aspects of the story complex.

With every profession, there is jargon. I think it was the hardest to understand in comparison to the explanations. As the book went on, it was easier to catch what was being said and the meanings. However by the time I finished, I found I was still questioning things.
I totally agree with you here. Every field has its own jargon. One can't really blame the author for using them. It is only in using those jargons that the essence of the subject can be fully seen. He did try to throw more light on some of them.

Very true! The complexity of the science aspects depends on if one is in the science field. As a matter of fact, it gets easier if one has prior knowledge of quantum physics. People who have knowledge of quantum physics will have nothing to complain of.

I didn’t have almost any knowledge about this topic before, and this did disturb the flow of reading the story. I suppose that’s why I didn’t particularly enjoy reading this book. In order to make the book more friendly to the big audience, the author could have left some of it out. I do realize this book might then not be quite the same.
I feel really bad for you. I can imagine how frustrating it was for you to understand a lot of things when you were reading the book. If the author had simplified some of those concept on quantum physics, it would have been a lot easier for you.

In my opinion, the book is a learning opportunity for everyone who reads it, irrespective of if the reader is science inclined or not. There is always a lot to learn from any book and in any field. It's good that you found the theories understandable.

Some of the topics were a little difficult for me to grasp. They were, in my opinion, essential to the book's premise.

I did find it a bit too complex and I'm sure it'll be even more complex for those who have little to no knowledge of physics, but I did enjoy learning new and incredible topics in the field of physics.

My background as a physics student provides me an advantage as I read this book. All of the subjects covered in the novel were simple for me to understand.

It was kind of complex because I had little knowledge of physics before reading the book. I had to make further research about some terms used by the author.

Some of the explanations required careful reading on my part. However, I believe the author adequately explained everything; close reading is required. I like that the theories are relevant to the plot—annoying it's when an author uses a lot of complicated jargon just to sound intelligent!
